Synthesis and Properties of a Dendrimer Amphiphilic Polymer as Enhanced Oil Recovery Chemical

A dendrimer amphiphilic polymer (A-D-HPAM) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization of acrylic acid (AA), acrylamide (AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic (AMPS), hydrophobic monomer cetyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride (DMCAAC-16), and skeleton GA1.0, using persulfate sodium bisulfite as initiators. The chemical structure A-D-HPAM was, respectively, analyzed Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM). tackifying property, the resistance shear, temperature salt, interfacial tension, oil displacement performance were determined. Compared with solutions HPAM (hydrolyzed polyacrylamide) HPAM-SDBS (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate), A-D-PAM exhibits optimal properties, especially achieving enhanced recovery (EOR) 15.1%.
